2013 AGM Information
Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the Delta Grand on Sunday April 7, 2013. Doors open at 3:30 pm and AGM starts at 4 pm followed by dinner, silent auction and awards. We encourage all families from Bunnies to Open to attend. The meeting itself is kept to a minimum and it is a fun evening where the kids and families can all get together to wind up the year.
There is dinner, silent auction, 50/50, and team awards. There is also the opportunity to win a free registration for 2013/2014.
Tickets are $25 for adult
Youth $15.00
Children $10.00
under 5 free
Again, the number of people that attend helps determine how much support money we can receive therefore keeping registration fees as low as possible.
