Kelowna Ringette Association is excited to host Keely Brown's 5-Count Goalie camp here in Kelowna, B.C. on August 7th-8th, 2021. This is a Ringette BC sanctioned event and will follow all Public Health and Covid Safety guidelines set forth for Return to Sport Version 2.0 as set forth in Phase 3 of the BC Restart Plan.

We will be running this camp for age groups U12-U19 and higher at the incredible price of $290 and accommodating only 25 athletes. Registration is open at www.karelo.com - look for the “Kelowna Goalie Camp” event in Karelo.

We have managed to secure a block booking for hotels in Kelowna for out of town participants at the bargain price of $279 per night at the Hyatt Hotel Kelowna. At this time, hotels in the Interior are going for upwards of $350 per night, so you must move fast to secure a room if interested. This 20 room block will only be available until July 9th and is for the 2 Queen Bed room types.

RESERVATION METHOD All bookings to be made directly to the hotel by Friday July 9th, 2021 by calling 236.420.0530 and asking to book into the Kelowna Ringette Association Goalie Camp.

Camp details:

Goalies will be split into 2 groups based on skill and experience as determined by camp organizers. The schedule for the weekend will be released to participants no later than 14 days before camp begins. Participants should expect to be available early on August 7th (7 a.m.) and finish no earlier than 4:30 p.m. on August 8th.

A healthy lunch, water and snacks will be provided for both days. Goalies at U14 and up will be expected to arrive with their goalie gear. For goalies in the U12 division, who are not currently dedicated goalies, please contact Kelowna Ringette before registration to figure out if we are able to provide goalie pads for the weekend from our equipment room.
